Advantage:
• Removal of glue residue on multi-layer flexible boards: suitable for various glue systems such as epoxy resin (EPOXY) and acrylic glue (Acryl). Compared with chemical syrup, it is more stable and more thorough in removing glue residue, and the yield can be increased by more than 20%.
• Removal of scum on the soft and hard board: The slag is removed thoroughly, which avoids the attack of potassium permanganate on the PI of the soft board, and the hole wall is uniformly corroded, which improves the reliability and yield of hole plating.
• High aspect ratio FR4 hard plate microporous slag removal, high TG hard plate slag removal: due to the swelling factor of the chemical solution, when the chemical solution is used to remove the slag, the solution cannot penetrate into the micropores, so that the removal of the slag is not complete. Plasma is not limited by the size of the aperture, and the smaller the aperture, the advantage is more prominent.
